If you are not satisfied with your Santevia™ Gravity Water System for any reason, simply contact us WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you have obtained a RAN, you can return your Santevia system to your retailer for a full refund.

If you purchase Santevia products from an online retailer other than Santevia, you will be subject to their return policies. Please check the supplier's return policies before purchasing.

If you need to return an item to the Santevia Water Systems Store, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Completed Orders" link under the "Manage Your Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Call us at 604-943-9220 or email sales@santevia.com if you need help.

Shipping

We can ship to any address in Canada, US, or Overseas. Non-Canadian orders are priced in US dollars. All North American orders over $100 include free shipping. Please call us at 604-943-9220 or email sales@santevia.com for an estimate on international shipping charges. We offer a $20.00 credit on international shipping charges.

Warranty

We guarantee all components of your Santevia Water System to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of one year. Please examine all parts prior to assembly. If any part is defective or damaged in transit, or if a defect in workmanship is found in the first year, please DO NOT RETURN THE SYSTEM TO YOUR RETAILER.
